  Needs a minus. We are locals and went for breakfast on the weekend with my out of town brother, hoping to show off our town and how good it can be. Not so much. We had gone to Bryce's when we first moved into town for breakfast and it wasn't very good, over three years ago, but I had been assured by another local that it was much better now. I wish! We ordered, and not being given the choice of how we would like our eggs, everyone (four of us), had poached. Fine for me, not for the others, but anyway. Unfortunately all of the eggs were hard enough to bounce off the floor, the toast soggy, and the coffee weak, I sent mine back asking for soft poached eggs, the others ate theirs as they all had places to go and had waited a while for breakfast to come out. When my eggs came back, one was soft the other hard. I ate the soft one and left the other. When I told the owner he was completely uninterested and didn't care, his only comment was to ask if i meant the yolks! This was a huge disappointment and such a shame. I love our town but will never go back to Bryce's Bistrot until it changes hands. BistROT indeed. Rotten food, rotten service and rotten coffee.
